—BRANDON THOMAS BACH, 21, of 334 S. Pearl St., Janesville, at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Centerway and West Jackson Street on charges of possession with intent to deliver synthetic cannabinoids.
—ANTHONY C. HIBBLER, 31, of 3021 Palmer Drive, No. 20, Janesville, with strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct by use of a weapon, both as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a woman and threatening her with a knife.
—BRADLEY J. WINSCOM, 31, of 2433 Riverside Drive, No. 57, Beloit, with false imprisonment and battery, both as acts of domestic abuse, and bail jumping. He is accused of violating a bond in a previous domestic violence case that required him not to contact the alleged victim, which he allegedly violated on Sept. 20 when he allegedly blocked her from leaving a residence, threatened her safety and hit her jaw with his fist.
—CHRISTOPHER R. BROWN, 32, of Hebron, Illinois, with uttering a forgery and two counts of identity theft for financial gain. Elkhorn police say between May 3 and 24, Brown tried to cash a check with his name written over whiteout on a check and also used another woman’s credit card and spent $104.97.
—JACOB E. MARUSIK, 32, of Mukwonago, with attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer. Village of East Troy police say on Oct. 1, Marusik accelerated to speeds eastinated at more than 80 mph while an officer tried to stop him after seeing his lights were off while driving.
