Intoxicated driving arrests

--NICHOLAS J. LIVINGSON, 29, of 209 Oakland Ave., Janesville, at 1:45 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 43 northbound in the town of Turtle, after he was seen driving north in the southbound lanes.

--ROGER W. CATHER, 57, of 1443 Randall St., Beloit, at 1:27 p.m. Sunday in Beloit after a hit-and-run crash at Highway 51 and Beloit-Rock Townline Road in the town of Rock.

--THOMAS P. CLARKE, 27, of 1719 Tremont Drive, Beloit, at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at the Rock County Sheriff's Office after he was stopped on County X near County J. The arrest was on charges of intoxicated driving with a passenger under the age of 16 and disorderly conduct as domestic abuse.

--ANDREW W. CARLSON, 21, of W5978 Stateline Road, Walworth, at 9:32 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of West Highway 14, town of Janesville, after he was found asleep in a car with the headlights on. Also cited for open intoxicants. The arrest was listed as his second for intoxicated driving.


--WRIGHT ROAD AT HIGHWAY 14, JANESVILLE, at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, when SUVs driven by Janice R. Schleusner, 76, of 144 Cherry St., Edgerton, and Janet Paulsrud, 74, of 1216 Anthony Ave., Janesville, collided in the intersecton. Schleusner was treated and released at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital-Janesville.


--COUNTERFEIT money found, Saturday morning on Riverside Drive at County M, town of Fulton. A man walking his dog reported finding a bundle of 14 fake $1 bills.

--BURGLARY, reported at 7:55 a.m. Sunday on West Stone Farm Road, . An old chainsaw and a trimmer were taken from an unsecured shed.

--BURGLARY, reported at 8:27 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of South Harmony Drive, Janesville. A Trek Navigator bicycle valued at $400 was reported taken.


--MALIJAH A. ROBERTSON, 18, of 1108 W. Wall St., Janesville, with arson of property other than a building, criminal damage and disorderly conduct, all as acts of domestic abuse, and bail jumping. She is accused of setting fire to clothing of a woman she knows near her residence on Sunday and of denting the woman's car with a rock.



--KATRINA L. HENNE, 23, of W1432 Honey Circle Road, Genoa City, with falsely presenting a noncontrolled substance. Walworth County sheriff's deputies say on July 8, 2016, they thought a confidential informant was buying heroin from Henne for $80, but instead she gave them what appeared to be a piece of gravel.

--ANDRE K. SIMMS, 52, of Beloit, with second-offense possession of cocaine. Walworth County sheriff's deputies say on Sept. 23, Simms was stopped in the village of Sharon and brought on a probation hold to the Walworth County Jail, where a correctional officer found cocaine in his hat.
