JANESVILLE—The local Texas Roadhouse restaurant will join hundreds of others across the country next week in donating 100 percent of profits to hurricane relief efforts, according to a news release.

From 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, more than 500 Texas Roadhouse locations, including 13 in Wisconsin and one in Janesville, will donate all proceeds to the American Red Cross. The money will go to help those affected by hurricanes Harvey and Irma, according to the release.

Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Texas and Florida have already provided more than 50,000 meals to shelters and first responders affected by the storms, according to the release.
