Janesville man arrested on fourth OWI charge

JANESVILLE—Janesville police arrested a Janesville man Saturday on a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving after they say the man drove into a parked vehicle, according to a news release.

At about 9:20 p.m. Saturday, police found Troy G. Brewster, 47, of 1303 Church St., who appeared to have struck a parked vehicle on the 500 block of North Pearl Street, according to the release.

Brewster failed field sobriety tests and has a 0.02 blood-alcohol-concentration restriction from previous OWI convictions, the release states.

Blood test results are pending, according to the release. Brewster was taken to the Rock County Jail.
