Rock County

Accidents

MILWAUKEE STREET NEAR PARKER DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 1:45 p.m. Friday, when a cars driven by Lauren K. Matulle, 32, of 4490 White Oak Drive, Janesville, and Nicholas J. Trewyn, 39, Fort Atkinson, collided in the intersection. Trewyn was westbound on Milwaukee Street and drove through a red light, police reported, and he was cited for that violation. Matulle was treated and released at SSM St. Mary's Hospital-Janesville.

Arrests

RICHARD JOSEPH BUOL, 38, of 3113 Randolph Road, Janesville, at 8:01 p.m. Monday at home on charges of strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct.

Reported

BURGLARY reported at 3:17 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of North Chatham Street, Janesville. The screen on a kitchen door was cut, and several items were reported missing from the home.

Walworth County

Charged

JIMMY D. CONRAD, 31, of 716 Phoenix St., Delavan, with party to burglary. Walworth County sheriff's deputies and City of Delavan police say on Feb. 21, Conrad broke into Beall Jewelers, Delavan, and stole jewelry.

BRANDON A. DANTONE, 20, of 140 S. Prince St., Lower Unit, Whitewater, with three counts of delivering marijuana, one count each of cocaine and marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff's deputies say in July, they conducted controlled buys of butane hash oil and marijuana from Dantone and later found him with cocaine, marijuana, butane hash oil and various smoking devices.

NIKOLAS DJURDJULOV, 23, of 1127 Wheeler St., Lake Geneva, with resisting an officer causing soft-tissue injury and disorderly conduct. Lake Geneva police say on Aug. 8, Djurdjulov and another man appeared intoxicated and resisted arrest before Djurdjulov swung his arm upward, which caused an unsecured handcuff to hit an officer in the face.

RUDOLF F. ESPARZA II, 36, of W801 Violet Road, Genoa City, with physical abuse of a child intentionally causing harm. Bloomfield police say on Aug. 5, Esparza spanked a young child he knew because the child did not get on the trampoline at a neighbor's house.

MARTIN G. KAYS, 51, of 809 Sunnyside Drive, Elkhorn, with strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct, all with domestic abuse assessments. Elkhorn police say on Aug. 8, Kays attacked a woman he knows, threw her to the ground and choked her.
