Arrests

AMANDA M. RODDEN-CLAWSON, 25, of 437 W. Walnut St., Elkhorn, at 1:46 p.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department, on nine counts of burglary, seven counts of theft, seven counts of criminal damage, two counts of driving a vehicle without owner consent, resisting, retail theft and trespass to a dwelling, for incidents occurring from July 13 through Aug. 13.

A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 11:12 a.m. Monday at his residence, in connection with a break-in and theft from a car on Friday in the 1200 block of Kellogg Avenue, Janesville. Referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of felony receiving stolen property.

ANNA M. FERN, 26, of 1715 E. Road Nine, Edgerton, at 8:10 p.m. Friday at Mallwood Drive and Gladys Drive, town of Fulton, on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a traffic stop. Deputies report finding a container of leafy green buds, marijuana vapor pen refills and scales in the car.

A 12-YEAR-OLD CLINTON BOY, at 10:35 a.m. Saturday at Rock County Youth Services Center, 210 E. Highway 14, Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on two counts of battery. He is accused of hitting two staff members.

Intoxicated driving arrests

ANDREW M. COOGAN, 36, of 1525 Maple Ave., Janesville, at 9:20 p.m. Friday at highways 14 and 51, Janesville, after the vehicle he was driving crossed from the westbound to eastbound lanes and rolled over several times, ending up in a field. He was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

DEANNA M. OLIVER, 38, of 2227 N. Cainville Road, Evansville, at 2:18 a.m. Saturday on South County G, just north of La Prairie-Turtle Townline Road, after a deputy said he stopped her for texting and driving.

JAHLIL M. SMITH, 25, of 2301 Cheshire Lane, Beloit, at 9:29 p.m. Saturday at County G and Dreiling Drive, town of La Prairie, after a traffic stop.

Accidents

MEMORIAL DRIVE AT SUTHERLAND AVENUE, JANESVILLE, at 5:31 p.m. Friday, when a car driven by Mataya L. Rudnitziki, 19, of 1901 Kensington St., Janesville, and a bicycle ridden by Logan R. Adams, 9, of 313 Walker St., Janesville, collided. Adams did not know how to use the bicycle's brakes, so he could not stop as he approached Memorial Drive on Sutherland. He was transported for treatment of suspected minor injuries.

Charged

SCOTT A. BENAGE, 42, of 1503 W. State St., Janesville, with battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. He is accused of punching a woman he knows in the head on Nov. 24 at an residence on Janesville's east side.
