Janesville man arrested early Sunday on charge of 4th OWI

JANESVILLE—A Janesville man was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of drunk driving after his vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle, according to a news release.

Daniel R. Millis, 35, of 922 N. Lexington Drive, Janesville, was arrested at 3:58 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Pontiac Drive and Lucerne Drive in Janesville.

After striking the parked vehicle, Millis told police he had consumed alcohol and failed a field sobriety test. He was arrested on a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving, according to the release.

Millis is being held at the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance.
