—DAVID A. ROGERS, 59, at 12:07 a.m. on Thursday at 2801 W. Happy Hollow Road, town of Rock, on charges of operating while intoxicated.
—INTERSECTION OF EAST MILWAUKEE AND SOUTH RINGOLD STREETS, JANESVILLE, at 8:49 a.m. Wednesday when a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Mullen, 38, of 142 S. Ringold St., Janesville, stopped at the stop sign going northbound on Ringold Street, then pulled into the intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by Rose Ames, 69, of 2611 Mount Zion Ave., Janesville. Ames was transferred to UW Health at American Center.

—AMANDA B. SWANGSTU, 33, of 612 Cherry St., Janesville, felony neglecting a child, dismissed.
