Girls Scouts of Wisconsin, Badgerland Council has a challenge for newly retired persons, especially teachers and others who love working with young people. The need for leaders of Girl Scouts in kindergarten through high school is great. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many girls, enabling them to reach beyond themselves into their community and beyond their many dreams. These are future leaders of our school boards, city councils and governments.

I have just completed 61 years as a leader and have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of young women who have enriched my life as much as I have encouraged them “to be all that they can be.”

Background checks are required and training is provided. The need is great. The girls are waiting—are you up to the challenge?
