Whitewater High names football coach

WHITEWATER—Jeff Rogers has been named head football coach at Whitewater High School.

Rogers has been coaching football for 22 years, most recently as the defensive coordinator at Armstrong High School in Plymouth, Minnesota. He also spent nine years at UW-River Falls where he worked alongside current UW-Whitewater coach Kevin Bullis.

“Coach Rogers is very passionate about the game of football and creating a program defined by leadership, dedication to team, and a relentless pursuit of excellence on and off the field,” Whitewater Athletic Director Jeff Behrens said.
