Janesville police ask help in identifying man

JANESVILLE—Police are asking the public's help in identifying a man they suspect of touching a woman inappropriately Monday.

A man approached a 20-year-old woman pushing a stroller at about 4:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Racine Street and Randall Avenue, according to a post on the Janesville Police Department's Facebook page.

The man asked the woman to have sex, followed her and then grabbed her inappropriately, according to police.
