Intoxicated driving arrests
—BRENT A. BURDICK, 41, of Beloit, at 3:06 a.m. Sunday at East Milwaukee Street and Parker Place, Janesville, on suspicion of first-offense OWI.
—LARRY M. PRITCHARD, 29, of Milwaukee, at 11:13 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of South Jackson Street, Janesville, on suspicion of first-offense OWI. Janesville police reported Pritchard has a 2002 OWI conviction, but because that was more than 10 years ago, this new offense was considered a first.
—TIMOTHY A. SCHROEDER, 35, of Beloit, at 3:28 a.m. Saturday at Kellogg Avenue and Hermitage Lane, Janesville, on suspicion of first-offense OWI.
—NICHOLAS C. JARRETT, 30, 301 N. Walworth St., Darien, with possession of narcotic drugs, obstructing an officer and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on March 13 they conducted a traffic stop and Jarrett gave them incorrect identifying information. Deputies also found a needle with heroin residue on it and a burnt spoon.
—BRET A. STRONG, 53, of N9159 Maple St., East Troy, with possession of child pornography and manufacture/deliver marijuana. Village of East Troy police say Strong downloaded an image of child pornography and when they executed a search warrant March 13, they found four marijuana plants growing and a bucket with 437.84 grams of marijuana inside.
—DIEGO V. VALADES, 24, of 1165 Wells St., No. 7, Lake Geneva, with strangulation and suffocation, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, all domestic abuse assessments. Lake Geneva police say on March 13 Valades choked a woman he knew.
