Coulee Regional doubles up Janesville

The Janesville Jets got doubled up Friday night.

Coulee Region, behind two goals from Justin Kendall, pulled away for a 6-3 NAHL win.

The Midwest Division-leading Jets tied the game at 1-1 on LordAnthony Grissom’s goal in the first period, but the Chill took the lead for good on Kendall’s goal at 9:24 of the first.

University of Wisconsin recruit Joseph Abate assisted on all three Janesville goals.

The teams wrap up their weekend home-and-home series at the Janesville Ice Arena at 7 p.m. tonight.
