Rock County

Arrests

—MICHAEL D. COLEMAN, 29, of 1900 Center Ave., Janesville, at 10:49 p.m. Tuesday at 215 S. Jackson St., Janesville, on a charge of strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery.

—JASON D. CUFF, 40, at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday and KAIJA N. KINCAID, 37, at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday, both of 4487 Red Tail Lane, Janesville, at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of sexual assault of a child under 13 years old. Kincaid was also arrested on an additional charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child.

—KRIS M. SIMPLOT, 33, of Beloit, at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent.

Intoxicated driving arrests

—SAMANTHA J. BOOTH, 28, of 9316 N. County Road H, Edgerton, at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Pine and North Trescher roads, town of Milton, on a charge of first-offense OWI. Rock County sheriff's deputies reported that Booth called police after pulling over and telling them she was too intoxicated to drive.

—AIMEE L. MAIO, 31 of 2849 S. Riverside Drive, town of Beloit, at 12:19 a.m. Wednesday at 6729 E. County X, town of Turtle, on a charge of first-offense OWI.

Charged

—ZACHARY P. TERPSTRA, 26, of 630 Monroe St., No. 2, with second-offense possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor retail theft and obstructing an officer. Rock County sheriff's deputies say on Feb. 13, Terpstra drove away from a traffic stop and eventually officers found synthetic cannabinoids in his car after he stole a pack of cigarettes from a grocery store.

Intoxicated driving arrests

—DEMARIO T. WILSON, 29, of 351 N. Newcomb St., No. 2B, Whitewater, at 5:46 a.m. Jan. 18 at the 1100 block of East Bluff Road, Whitewater, on a charge of second-offense OWI.
