SLC girls hoops: Badgers rally to beat Comets

Lake Geneva Badger came from behind to win a Southern Lakes Conference girls basketball game Tuesday night.

The Badgers trailed by three at halftime but came back to beat visiting Delavan-Darien 65-62.

Badger improved to 8-9 overall and 6-6 in the SLC. The Comets fell to 4-15 and 4-8.

Jada Moss and Courtney Oomens each scored 13 points to lead the Badgers.

Jaida Speth had 22 for Delavan-Darien.

Janelle Shiffler scored 20 points to lead the way for Union Grove.
