--PAUL A. ISACKSON, 42, of 1110 Grand Ave., Janesville, at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday at 714 Center Ave., Janesville, on charges of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--SCOTT A. WESTLING, 48, of 1024 Garfield Ave., Beloit, at 7:43 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Highway 51 and West Terrington Drive, town of Rock. Westling's vehicle had rolled over but he said he was not injured. Westling was also cited for open intoxicants and driving too fast for conditions. It was his first OWI offense.
--FARON T. BRANDENBERG, 31, of 3520 N. County E, Janesville, charged with possession of narcotics and bail jumping. He is accused of possessing and using heroin Saturday in Janesville, leading to an overdose.
--DANIELLE M. ANDERSON, 29, Oak Creek, with burglary by arming self with a dangerous weapon, attempt escape and two counts of misdemeanor theft. Town of East Troy police say on Dec. 31, Anderson stole money, pills, a purse, a gun and other items from various cars.
--MARK C. FIELDS, 27, of Chicago, with terrorist threats. Village of Sharon police say on Jan. 2 after they put Fields in custody while checking on a potential warrant from Rock County, he told police if he was arrested and missed work, he would get guns, come back to Sharon and rob and shoot everyone on the block to pay for it.
--KENDRA J. STEINKE, 19, 2568 Honey Creek Court, No. 303, East Troy, with party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Village of East Troy police say on June 16 they found materials for using and distributing marijuana and $1,960 in cash.
