Intoxicated driving arrests

--KYLE D. HOPPER, 25, of 10836 W. County K, Beloit, at 10:31 p.m. Friday at St. Lawrence Avenue and County K in the town of Newark, after a crash at the corner of County H and County K. Hopper was driving a vehicle that hit a parked car, left the scene and then returned to the scene and hit a tree, police reported. He also was cited for driving too fast for conditions and hit-and-run to property.

--DAVID C. JACOBSON, 23, of W8026 Creek Road, Clinton, at 9:43 p.m. Sunday on Creek Road at La Prairie-Turtle Townline Road. He was treated at the scene by Beloit EMS. The arrest was reported as his second for drunken driving.

--MARCO A. PERDOMO, 39, of 603 S. Jackson St., Janesville, at 11:25 p.m. Monday at Rockport Road and Center Avenue, Janesville.


--CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT reported at 11:10 p.m. Sunday by a man in the town of Newark who said his 16-year-old daughter had told him she was sexually assaulted by her homecoming date, also 16, in October 2013.

Injury accidents

--MILTON AVENUE, JUST SOUTH OF MORSE STREET, JANESVILLE, at 7:23 a.m. Aug. 25, when a car driven by Georgettia M. Adams, 31, of 2007 Hermitage Lane, No. 203, Janesville, was struck from behind by a car driven by Jacob A. Nicholls, 20, of 466 N. Terrace St., Janesville. Adams was treated and released at Janesville St. Mary’s Hospital. Nicholls was cited for inattentive driving.

--PONTIAC DRIVE, SOUTH OF HOLIDAY DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 6:45 a.m. Aug. 25, when a car driven by Elizabeth A. Patterson, 23, of 1424 Laramie Lane, Janesville, hit a parked car. Patterson was transported for medical care. She was cited for inattentive driving.

--RACINE STREET AT PALMER DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 10:55 a.m. Aug. 26, when a car driven by Sylvester Holmes, 41, of 527 Caroline St., Janesville, collided in the intersection with a vehicle driven by Michael J. Whitney, 66, of Watertown. Holmes was cited for driving while suspended and without insurance. Whitney was cited for failure to yield the right of way. Holmes was treated and released at St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital.

--PONTIAC DRIVE AT BLACKBRIDGE ROAD, JANESVILLE, at 7:27 a.m. Thursday, when a car driven by Anton K. Bergmann Jr., 25, Janesville, collided in the intersection with a pickup truck driven by Duane A. Cleasby, 61, of 3023 Ruger Ave., Janesville. Cleasby was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Bergmann was cited for failure to yield the right of way and driving without a license.


--PHILLIP J.ZADURSKI,  43, and MICHELLE K. BLANCHETTE, 39, both of South Milwaukee, both charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin. Zadurski also is charged with two counts of bail jumping for violating an order in two Walworth County cases to have no contact with Blanchette and not to possess an illegal drug. Blanchette also is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A sheriff’s deputy reported stopping a speeding vehicle carrying the two around 9:35 p.m. Sunday on Pahl Road at Highway 11 west of Janesville and finding heroin-injecting equipment, scales, five plastic bags of a powder suspected of being heroin and other bags with suspected heroin residue.


--GARAGE FIRE reported at 3:01 p.m. Thursday at 4527 E. McBride Drive in the town of Harmony. Firefighters from Milton, Janesville, Edgerton and Whitewater responded, according to a sheriff’s office report. The owner was listed as Scott Wasemiller of Janesville. The fire was not considered suspicious.
