Rock County Rage cap undefeated regular season

MILTON—The Rock County Rage capped an undefeated regular season in fitting fashion Saturday night, defeating the visiting Kenosha Cougars 50-0.

Dan Roberts completed 9 of 16 passes for 172 yards and four TDs as the Rage improved to 10-0 entering the Ironman Football League playoffs.

Rock County either has a first-round bye or will host a first-round game next Saturday. More information will be available at rockcountyrage.com later in the week.

Brandon Tobias caught three TD passes from Roberts covering 8, 58 and 43 yards. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound tight end finished with four catches for 119 yards.

Andrew Worden rushed four times for 73 yards, including a 9-yard TD.

Taylor Snell led the defensive charge with seven tackles, a sack and two interceptions.

Nick Hammon had two sacks, while Jesse Bernhardt, Justin Vance, Snell, Kyle Schlueter and Nate Wallman each added one sack.

David Byerley came in and threw his first TD pass as a Rage to Ryan Oleson in the fourth quarter.
