— BICYCLE THEFT, at 1:02 p.m. Tuesday from a residence in the 1200 block of West Court Street, Janesville. Four residents reported four bicycles stolen from the residence. The residents had been questioning other individuals in the neighborhood who they said were riding bicycles the residents believe were stolen.
— VEHICLE FIRE at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday at 442 N. Parker Drive, Janesville. A 2005 Chevy Trailblazer was fully engulfed upon arrival. Fire started in the engine area but the cause is unknown. The sport utility vehicle, valued at $8,000, was a total loss.
— COURTNEY A. BAKER, 32, 135 E. Main St., Lake Geneva, with three felony counts party to deliver marijuana. Walworth County deputies say from Jan. 3, 2013 to Feb. 15, 2013, a confidential informant purchased marijuana in three deals arranged by Baker.
— MICHAEL H. PETRUSKA, 31, 306 E. Cravath St., Whitewater, with felony fleeing an officer. Whitewater police say on Friday, Aug. 15, Petruska fled an officer who had his sirens on.
— DANIEL L. RABUCK, 23, Fredonia, with felony possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Village of East Troy police say on Sept. 11, 2013, they found heroin in Rabuck’s car when they conducted a traffic stop.
— SKYLE L. SHAFFER, 23, N7068 Evergreen Lane, Elkhorn, with felony possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Village of East Troy police say on March 6, officers responded to a welfare check for a female slumped in a vehicle. Police found heroin and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
