Arrests

— OSUALDO J. RAMIREZ, 20, 901 Cardinal Lane, Janesville, with possession of marijuana with sale/manufacture intent. Also arrested and facing the same charges was GERARDO ZUNIGA, 21, 3309 Mt. Zion Ave., Janesville. Rock County deputies say Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. four 30-gram baggies were found after a traffic stop on East Philhower Road in Beloit to be containing marijuana.

— MICHAEL S. REINOLD, 29, 519 S. Academy St., Janesville, with felony strangulation, battery and domestic abuse after a domestic incident on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m.

— TIMOTHY E. SAUNDERS, 36, 406 N. Wuthering Hills Drive, Janesville, for felony possession of marijuana. Janesville police say Saunders was stopped at the intersection of East Memorial Drive and North Randall Avenue at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday. Police say the charge is a felony due to it being a second offense. Saunders also was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

— JORDAN D. QUILLMAN, 21, 12 Main St., Portage, with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony identity theft. Janesville police say that on Thursday at 5:15 a.m. Quillman was arrested after being stopped at the intersection of West State and Jerome streets.

— BURGLARY, in the 400 block of South Henke Road, Janesville. Scrap metal totaling $658 was reported taken sometime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Walworth County

Charged

— BRIAN N. ANDERSON, 34, 6602 Deer Path Road, Lake Geneva, with felony party to theft of movable property. Walworth County deputies say Anderson sold items that were stolen between April 1 and July 19, 2014, from a barn in Walworth.

— LISA M. ANDERSON, 31, no fixed address, with felony party to theft of movable property. Walworth County deputies say Anderson sold items that were stolen between April 1 and July 19, 2014, from a barn in Walworth.

— CHRISTOPHER J. FANSWORTH, 29, of 2916 Mallard Way, East Troy, with felony possession of narcotic drugs. Village of East Troy police say on Nov. 12, 2013, they found heroin in Fansworth's possession.

— VAUGHN A. MIKULANCE ROESCHEN, 25, of Milwaukee, with felony operating while intoxicated. Town of Geneva police say on Aug. 3, Mikulance Roeschen was arrested at 3:39 p.m. when they responded to a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Juniper Road. Mikulance Roeschen was driving the motorcycle. It was reportedly his fourth offense.

— DAVID A. ROBEL, 51, of W3340 County Road J, East Troy, with felony operating while intoxicated. Walworth County deputies say on July 17, Robel was pulled over at 5:52 p.m. on Highway 20 in the village of East Troy. It was reportedly his fourth offense.

— CHRISTINA L.N. SHARP, 28, of W6354 Highway 67, Walworth, with felony party to theft of movable property. Walworth County deputies say Sharp sold items that were stolen between April 1 and July 19, 2014, from a barn in Walworth.

— BRANDON C. SHAW, 23, of Madison, with two felony counts of delivery of marijuana. Whitewater police say on Dec. 6, 2013 and Jan. 9, Shaw sold marijuana to a confidential informant.

— ALLEN G. STOTT JR., 56, of Harvard, Illinois, with felony interference with child custody. Village of Walworth police say from March 16 to June 27, 2013, Stott hid a child who ran away from home.
