I've known Mike Sheridan for more than 30 years. Over the years, I've observed Mike work to improve the lives of many people.

Mike has the ability to work with many diverse groups of people. He has a unique ability to get things done in difficult situations. Mike led not only the UAW as our president but also was speaker of the Assembly while serving in the Wisconsin Legislature.

One of Mike's most endearing qualities is his sensitive nature and care of people. I have partnered with Mike to help people in recovery get back on their feet after suffering with addiction issues. As our leader in the UAW, no one worked harder than Mike to try and save General Motors from leaving Janesville.

I believe that with Mike Sheridan as our next senator, we can convince GM to come back to Janesville. Mike has valuable connections in government, the business community and labor leaders. Mike played a key role in making sure we will expand Interstate 39/90. Mike also worked with the farming community to make sure the weigh station was properly placed so that it did not ruin precious farmland.

I know that Mike will work hard every day for the citizens of the 15th Senate District. He has the leadership skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people and a proven record of getting things done. Vote Aug. 12 for Mike Sheridan to lead us to better prosperity.
