— VALERIE FRANKUM, 24, 2633 N. Lexington Drive, Janesville, at 12:42 a.m. Saturday at 847 Sussex Drive, Janesville, for battery. She was held on a probation violation at Rock County Jail.

— RACHEL BELANGER, 30, 1532 Lafayette St., Janesville, at 6:34 p.m. Friday at Wal-Mart, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, for felony retail theft.

Reported

— BURGLARY at 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday to a residential home in the 500 block of Edison Avenue, Janesville. An unknown person entered the home by breaking a screen door between midnight and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. A bank bag and billfold were reported taken, according to the report. There are no suspects and no followup is requested.

— VANDALISM at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday at 1 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville. People are reported to have been trespassing on the rooftop of the property between 11 p.m. July 23 and 4:48 p.m. Monday. There is now grafitti on the rooftop walls, according to the report.

— THEFT at 6:23 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of Tanglewood Court, Janesville. A 25-year-old man is suspected of stealing Suboxen from the reporting party’s girlfriend. The man admitted to taking two Suboxen, one of which he ingested, according to the report. The other was returned to the reporting party. Three other strips of Suboxen were missing, which the man denied taking, according to the report.

— A 17-YEAR-OLD BOY, of rural Monroe, at 3:01 p.m. Friday in the W8200 block of Highway 11, town of Cadiz, for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic abuse and related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
