—BENJAMIN J. HOOPS, 20, 1816 Green Valley Drive, Janesville, Wednesday on charges of felony possession of over 200 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver. Hoops is suspected of attempting to deliver THC at 1:56 p.m. at a location at the corner of Liberty Lane and Holiday Drive, Janesville.
—TYLER D. MILLER, 25, 68 S. Huron Drive, Janesville, Wednesday on charges of residential burglary. Miller is suspected of stealing $4,500 in currency, a safe and savings bonds from a Janesville home.
—DERIK OLSON, 18, 26 Kerwin Matthews Court, Janesville, Thursday on charges of felony sexual intercourse with a child aged 16 or over. Olson is suspected of engaging in an incident at his home at 3:50 p.m. Thursday.
Intoxicated driving arrests
—JAMES P. CHAMBERS, 25, 326 Forest Park Blvd., Janesville, Sunday on charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia. Chambers was stopped at 1:03 a.m. at the corner of Jackson and Dodge Streets, Janesville.
—BURGLARY, reported at 1:13 p.m. on Monday to a home in the 800 block of Thomas Street, Janesville. A PlayStation 4 video game system was reported stolen.
—DONALD J. MADISON, 19, of 1425 Nelson Ave., Beloit, charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, less than 200 grams. He is accused of possessing 24 grams of marijuana, packed in several small packages, during a traffic stop at 8:15 p.m. July 17 in the 1800 block of Wisconsin Avenue, town of Beloit,
—EDWARD L. GARDNER, 64, of 3103 Village Court, Janesville, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, less than 200 grams. He is accused of possessing 14.7 grams of marijuana in 16 small packages while a patient at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center on Oct. 14, 2013.
—FABIAN W. JONES, 22, of 159 Linn St., Janesville, charged with strangulation/suffocation, false imprisonment, battery, damage to property and disorderly conduct, all as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a woman he knows at his residence on April 26, pushing her down the stairs, choking her, yelling at her, and punching her in the face several times.
—HEATHER A. KELLY, 30, of 931 Bluff St., Beloit, charged with forgery. She is accused of altering and trying to cash a $4,444 check from K&W Greenery and made out to WCLO radio, which had been placed in an outdoor mailbox at the Janesville post office. A second check placed in the mailbox from K&W also was missing, according to the complaint.
