--PRENTICE L. NICHOLAS, 26, of Chicago, at 8:38 a.m. Tuesday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Janesville, on possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Also cited with resisting or obstructing an officer.
--KEVIN R. OHALLORAN, 46, of Madison, at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday at a home along North Highway 14, town of Union, on charges of robbery and theft. O’Halloran is suspected of stealing several things from a town of Union home.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--ROBERT E. SCHUH, 43, of 1518 S. Willard Ave., Janesville, at 12:12 a.m. Wednesday, at 714 Center Ave., Janesville.
--BURGLARY, reported at 10:57 a.m. Sunday to a garage in the 3400 block of East Milwaukee Street. A backpack was reported stolen.
--BURGLARY, reported at 10:23 a.m. Monday to a garage in the 1100 block of Tripoli Road, Janesville. A sledgehammer valued at $30 was reported stolen.
--BURGLARY, reported at 8:37 a.m. Monday to a home in the 1900 block of Foster Avenue, Janesville. A purse, cash, and magnifying glass with a total value of about $100 were reported.
--BURLGARY, reported at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday to a home along North Highway 14, town of Union. A lawn mower valued at $80 was reported stolen.
--MICHAEL M. BEASLEY-HART, 20, of Normal, Illinois, with felony substantial battery and criminal damage to property and two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Whitewater police say on March 2, Beasley-Hart punched a man, causing him to lose a tooth. Police also say on March 8, Beasley-Hart jumped onto the hood and roof of a car, totaling the vehicle. When officers confronted Beasley-Hart, he ran and hid in the bushes.
--DENA D. CLARK, 46, of 1271 Wisconsin St., Apt. D, Lake Geneva, with felony identity theft for financial gain. Elkhorn police say on July 3, Clark cashed a check she stole from a friend’s home to buy alcohol.
--ANGEL CRUZ, 25, of Harvard, Illinois, with felony delivering between 15 to 40 grams of cocaine; two counts delivery of more than 40 grams of cocaine; and possession with intent to deliver more than 40 grams of cocaine. Walworth County deputies say between June 23 and July 22, a confidential informant purchased cocaine from Cruz, and cocaine was found in Cruz’s vehicle when deputies conducted a traffic stop.
--JEREMY C. DENTON, 34, of W6725 Bluff Road, Whitewater, with felony delivery of heroin, repeater. Walworth County deputies say on Sep. 30, 2013, a confidential informant purchased heroin from Denton.
--MATEO GARCIA, 21, of Harvard, Illinois, with felony party to receiving stolen property. Village of Fontana police say on March 3, Garcia received and pawned two stolen laptops.
--SALVADOR HERNANDEZ, 27, of 327 Park St., Walworth, with felony substantial battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Walworth County deputies say on July 6, Hernandez punched a man in the head several times.
--AARON J. LEHRMANN, 19, of Machesney Park, Illinois, with felony physical abuse of a child. Village of Sharon police say on July 18, Lehrmann hit a 1-year-old in the face and neck.
--AARON R. SCHREIBER, 32, of Markesan, with felony child sex offender working with children. Village of Walworth police say on September 13, 2012, Schreiber was hired by Big Foot High School to referee athletic events.
--JEFFREY P. TUESCHER, 28, of 819 Benton Ave., Janesville, with felony escape. Walworth County deputies say on March 12, 2013, Tuescher left the Walworth County Jail Huber Dorm on work privileges and did not return.
