JANESVILLE—Rob Zerban, Democratic candidate for the 1st Congressional District seat, will hold a town hall meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Auto Workers Hall, 1795 Lafayette St., Janesville.

“My campaign has always been focused on trying to help middleclass families, so we wanted to hold this listening session at a time when working families would be more able to attend,” Zerban said in a press release.

Residents will be able to speak with Zerban at the Working Families Listening Session about issues and concerns.

“This year, we are building on our success from 2012, when we won Paul Ryan's home county, his hometown and even his home voting ward,” he said.

Those who want to attend should contact Ben Horwitz at (262) 657-7400 or ben@robzerban.com.

Zerban faces Amar Kaleka in the Democratic primary Aug. 12.
