— THEFT reported at 8:04 a.m. Thursday on East Highway 59, town of Milton. Reported taken was 760 feet of cable valued at $2,280.

Charged

— MATTHEW R. AMBELING, 17, of W5683 Lost Nation Road, Elkhorn, with felony operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent. Walworth County deputies said on July 6, New Berlin police stopped Ambeling after driving a car he didn't have permission to drive.

— SANTOS E. DOMINGUEZ, 23, of N2020 Highway H, No. 38, Lake Geneva, with felony physical abuse of a child and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Town of Bloomfield police said on July 11, Dominguez held a girl down and hit her in the face after she told him he could not drink alcohol.

— BRANDEN F. HAPKA, 17, of N6397 Foster Road, Elkhorn, with felony possession of child pornography. Walworth County deputies said on Feb. 5, Hapka uploaded an image of a child to the Internet.

— SHERRY L. KUJAWA, 47, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, with felony physical abuse of a child and misdemeanor knowingly violating a child abuse order. Lake Geneva police said on July 6, 2014, Kujawa hit a child with a remote control.

— WILLIAM J. MEYERS, 34, of W4995 Farm Village Lane, Elkhorn, with: four felony counts of deliver designer drugs, second or subsequent offense; felony deliver schedule IV drugs, second or subsequent offense; and felony deliver cocaine, second or subsequent offense. Walworth County deputies said on June 3, 6, 19 and 24, Meyers sold MDMA, cocaine and xanax to a confidential informant.

— ANDREA J. RAUTIO, 17, of N3245 Kale Road, Lake Geneva, with: felonies second degree recklessly endangering safety and criminal damage to property and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Town of Delavan police said on June 17, Rautio cut and marked multiple pairs of shoes, worth about $5,000, that did not belong to her and threw them out the window. Later she was confronted by a woman about the incident and threatened the woman with a gun and tire iron.

— ARMANDO MEZO-REYES, 19, of Woodstock, Illinois, with felony first-degree sexual assault. Village of Walworth police say on June 1 and 30, 2013, Mezo-Reyes sexually assaulted a woman.

— JEREMY A. SAAVEDRA, 26, of Racine, with felony burglary of a dwelling. Lake Geneva police say on July 10, Saavedra stole jewelry from a Lake Geneva home.

— GENEVIEVE S. THORNBERRY, 36, of 410 Wisconsin St., Letter C, Genoa City, with felony capture an image of nudity without consent. Village of Genoa City police say on Oct. 18, 2013, Thornberry took nude photos of a man without his permission.

— HEIDI M. UREN, 32, of N1229 Rosewood Drive, Pell Lake, with two felony counts of physical abuse of a child. Bloomfield police said on Feb. 15 and between Feb. 17 and 20, Uren punched a child and hit a child with a spatula several times until it broke.

— BENITO C. VERDUZCO, 19, of 131 S. Oak St., Whitewater, with: two felony counts possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense; and felony deliver marijuana. UW-Whitewater police said on March 25 and June 27, marijuana was found inside Verduzco's home and Verduzco delivered marijuana.

— KENNETH M. WARGO, 44, of 1216 E. Wisconsin St., Delavan, with felony physical abuse of a child. Delavan police said on June 29, Wargo pulled a girl's hair out from her head.

— JACOB M. ZWIEBEL, 23, of N6711 Laural Road, Elkhorn, with felony strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanors battery and disorderly conduct. Delavan police said on June 29, Zwiebel pushed and punched a woman in the face before she fell to the ground and was punched another four times and her mouth and nose were covered.
