FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Fort Wayne took the rubber game of a three-game Midwest League series with Beloit thanks to a 6-2 win Friday night.

Three Fort Wayne pitchers limited Beloit to six hits.

The TinCaps scored single runs in the first, second and third, including Fernando Perez’s eighth home run of the season in the bottom of the third.

Hunter Adkins suffered the loss, allowing three runs in four innings.

Beloit plays a three-game series in Lake County beginning tonight.
