Dennis P. Sitter, 75, of Milton, passed away early on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Agrace Hospice and Palliative Care, Janesville, after a 4 year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Dennis was born on April 6, 1939, in Oshkosh, WI, to the late Milton Paul and Valeria (Lueck) Sitter. On June 6, 1967, Dennis married Mary Kay Korell at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oshkosh. He work for over 25 years as the store manager of Walgreens on Milton Ave. and Five Points in Janesville. He was a very active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Milton, and was a past member of the Parish Council, Religious Ed. Teacher, RCIA, Knights of Columbus, Commentator, and Eucharistic Minister. He loved volunteering for Meals on Wheels and at the elementary schools. Dennis loved the Packers, Cubs, Badger hockey, walking, gardening, eagles, lighthouses, traveling to Hawaii, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Mary Kay Sitter of Milton; children: Christopher John Sitter and his children, Connor, Jordan, and Addison; Todd Paul (Dawn Buchholz) and their children, Nikolas and Kailee; Andrea Lynn (Keith) Levy and their children, Sarah, Courtney, and Kendall; Mary Kate “Katy” Sitter; sisters: Mary Watson of Oshkosh, WI, and Kay Wilson of Naples, FL; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, July 21, 2014, at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, Milton, with Fr. Dave Timmerman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday at the ALBRECHT FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES, Milton, from 5 until 7 PM and from 10 AM until the start of the service at the CHURCH on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dennis Sitter's name to Agrace Hospice and Palliative Care, Janesville or St. Mary Catholic Church, Milton.

The family would like to thank Ellen, Karen, Heidi, and Sunny for the exceptional care of Dennis while he was at home. Also, the entire staff at Agrace Hospice for the help and support in the last weeks.
