--DANIEL D. WEST, 49, of 333 N. High St., No. 1, Janesville, at 5:28 p.m. Sunday at home on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia possession. He is accused of possessing 7 grams of marijuana.
--JOHN M. BLUMER, 19, of 10808 N. Highway 14, No. 178H, Brooklyn, at 2:16 p.m. Sunday at home on charges of attempted car theft.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--JEREMY J. GORNIAK, 38, of 1026 Putnam Ave., Janesville, at 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Parker Drive and Court Street. In the same incident, ANGELA GORNIAK, 33, of 913 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, was arrested on charges of heroin possession and drug paraphernalia possession. She is accused of possessing 5 grams of heroin.
--DEBRA J. DOIEL, 49, of 921 N. Garfield Ave., Janesville, at 5:58 a.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Highway 14, Janesville.
--DONALD J. TOMONE, 46, of 522 S. Orchard St., Janesville, at 4:49 p.m. Sunday at Palmer Drive and Beloit Avenue.
--KELLY R. PROVO, 46, of 558 Elijah Court, Evansville, at 8:06 p.m. Friday at 3912 N. Hackbarth Road, Janesville. She is accused of taking two 5-milligram oxycodone tablets before driving.
--LAURA B. CHURCH, 34, of 1800 N. Washington St., Janesville, at 1:36 a.m. Sunday outside her home.
--ATTEMPTED BURGLARY reported at 12:02 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of North Grant Avenue, Janesville. Suspects damaged a window but didn’t enter the property or take anything.
--CHASE reported at 3:27 p.m. Sunday at Beloit Avenue and Highway 11. A deputy tried to make a routine stop and the suspect fled. The officer pursued the suspect towards Beloit for 2.4 miles and then broke off the chase.
--BURGLARY reported at 5:24 p.m. Friday from a storage unit in the 3000 block of South Highway 51, Janesville. Suspects stole a hunting bow and other property totaling nearly $300.
--RANDALL AVENUE AT MOUNT ZION AVENUE, Janesville, at 6:05 p.m. Sunday. A truck driven by Scott B. Repinski, 44, of Ava, Missouri, failed to stop at a red light and collided with a car driven by Todd A. Rinaldi, 45, of 1409 Ruger Ave., Janesville. Repinski’s truck spun and struck a traffic light before stopping. Rinaldi was treated at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, before being discharged.
--11102 N. BRYANT ROAD, Milton, at 10:16 p.m. Saturday. Michael M. Jessep, 39, and Shelly L. Slowey, 29, of 7219 E. Schmidt Road, Fort Atkinson, were ejected from an ATV when Jessep lost control of the vehicle. Both were transported for medical treatment. Slowey was discharged from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.
--ANTHONY DELLACH, 20, of 107 S. Main St., Delavan, with 11 felony counts of forgery and felony bail jumping. According to Delavan police, Dellach, from May 27 to June 10, cashed checks that did not belong to him totaling $4,595.
--SAMANTHA L. DIXON, 22, with felony identity theft. Lake Geneva police say on February 19, Dixon stole a co-worker’s wallet that had reportedly $20, a driver’s license and a debit card. Dixon later reportedly used the debit card at Wal-Mart in Lake Geneva.
--DANIELLE R. GETZINGER, 46, of 29 S. Wisconsin St., No. 33, Elkhorn, with felony identity theft and two misdemeanor counts of theft. Elkhorn police say on May 23, Getzinger used personal identification and a credit card that did not belong to her to make a purchase worth about $228. Getzinger also reportedly stole checks, credit cards, business cards, audio players and music from two men’s homes on May 23 and May 28.
--DENNIS M. JOHNSON, 44, of 317 Maxwell St., No. 2, Lake Geneva, with felony fleeing an officer. Lake Geneva police say on June 15, Johnson fled an officer on Highway 12 and exceeded 90 mph before coming to a stop.
--JIM C. RAMBICOURT, 50, of 348 Smith St., Burlington, with felony operating while intoxicated. Walworth County deputies say on June 27, Rambicourt was stopped at 9:02 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 36 and Genesee Street, town of Lyons. It was reported as his sixth offense.
--LISA L. SCHULTZ, 38, of 1178 W. Highland St., Whitewater, with felony operating while intoxicated. Walworth County deputies say on June 30, Schultz was found at 2:18 a.m. on Highway 89 near Richmond Darien Town Line Road, town of Darien, with her car against a road sign and still in drive. Schultz was reportedly asleep at the wheel and a bottle of pills were found in the seat and a beer in the cup holder. It was reported as her fifth offense.
