Janesville man accused of fourth OWI

JANESVILLE—A Janesville man was arrested Saturday evening on suspicion of fourth-offense drunken driving and felony bail jumping, according to a Janesville Police Department news release.

At 7:22 p.m., an anonymous caller reported Rick L. Hesgard, 63, was leaving Down the Street Bar-n-Grill, 967 Jackson St., Janesville, in a white Cadillac, the release states.

Police stopped Hesgard, 4246 Fox Hills Court, at the intersection of South Jackson Street and Riverside Drive, Janesville, and arrested him for fourth-offense OWI, according to the release.

Hesgard was out on a bond for a previous pending OWI charge. He is being held at the Rock County Jail on the new charges.
