-- JOSEPH J. ODRISCOLL, 37, of 325 Walnut St., Janesville, at 7:45 p.m. at his home on charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct.
-- JEREMY R. GREEN, 21 of 212 Depot St., Footville, at 8:33 a.m. at 3327 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville, on two charges of fleeing an officer and on a warrant for a domestic violence incident.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- TODD W. BARRY, 49, of 4271 Huntinghorne Drive, Janesville, at 9:44 p.m. Monday at Walker Street and Milton Avenue.
-- SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD, reported at 4:36 p.m. Monday by a mother in the Mallwood subdivision, town of Milton. The mother said her 11-year-old daughter admitted having sex with a 14-year-old boy.
-- BURGLARY reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday to a garage in the 800 block of Johnson Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were a saw, iPod and bike with a value of $374.
-- VEHICLE FIRE at 10:25 p.m. Monday at 1327 Gartland Ave., Janesville. The engine compartment and front tires of a 2001 Chevrolet Impala parked in the street were fully involved in fire upon arrival. Firefighters used 500 gallons of water to extinguish the fire. The vehicle, valued at an estimated $1,500, was a total loss. The fire appears to be accidental and the result of a mechanical problem.
-- ANGELA K. KOPPLIN, 43, of 407 S. Ringold St., Janesville, charged with food stamp fraud and failure to notify authorities of changes of circumstances. She is accused of not reporting periods of employment for herself and her husband, resulting in overpayments of $4,038 in Food Share assistance and $4,118 in medical assistance.
-- VERNON E. NOEL III, 26, of 7911 E. County N, Milton, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. He is accused of holding a shotgun while posing for a photo with two geese that he said were shot by a friend. A DNR warden found the photo on Facebook.
-- IRMA J. KIMBALL, 56. of 411 S. Main St., Janesville, charged with food stamp fraud. She is accused of not reporting that a man in her household had been employed, resulting in a Food Share overpayment of $1,581.
-- NICOLAS J. MARQUARDT, 27, of 107 Royal Court, Janesville, charged with theft and possession of marijuana. He is accused of taking a .22-caliber handgun and a laptop computer from a man with whom he was living and pawning the items.
-- MICHAEL C. SMITH, 35, of 1653 S. River Road, Janesville, charged with physical abuse of a child/intentionally causing bodily harm and intimidation of a witness. He is accused of shoving down the stairs an 11-year-old boy he knows, causing bruises and threatening to beat the boy if he told anyone.
